Mark has some 30 years of restaurant experience in the restaurant business.  Starting at the age of 17 as a dishwasher in Nashville, TN, Mark knew he wanted to own his own restaurant. To get where he needed to be Mark worked hard to quickly work his way up.  He worked for Garfield’s for 12 years and managed the chains restaurants in Greenville and Vicksburg, MS.  Mark has also operated The Crown Buffet at the Jubilee Casino in Greenville, MS and Highway 61 Café in downtown Rolling Fork, MS.
